DELIVERIES EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Deliveries are limited to South African physical addresses only.
For orders over R1500, THE BRAND STABLE delivers for free. For orders under R1500, THE BRAND STABLE charges a non-refundable delivery fee of R90.
During the checkout process, THE BRAND STABLE will determine your delivery options based on your delivery address and postal code. All orders will be delivered within 3 – 6 working days depending on where you live.
As with all returns, you will have a period of 7 days to return the product/products in perfect condition, undamaged and unused, in its original packaging complete with all instruction manuals and accessories, with the original labels and stickers still attached.
To proceed to an exchange of goods you must return the product you no longer require using exactly the same method as a standard: please refer to returns policy below:
As a company that prides itself on merchandise and service excellence, we strive to deliver products of superior quality on time. With this in mind, we would like to draw your attention to our return procedure. In the event of a return query, the following steps must be adhered to:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase in order to obtain a refund to the Rand value of the purchased items being returned, the product(s) being returned must be sent back to THE BRAND STABLE within 7 days, in its original condition and provided they have not been washed in perfect condition, undamaged and unused, in its original packaging complete with all instruction manuals and accessories, with the original labels and stickers still attached.
The product/products must have been purchased on THE BRAND STABLE online store.
Please note that no hand returns / exchanges are possible to the address below. Only verified couriers are accepted.
HOW TO PROCEED?

2.You must provide your order number, your personal contact information and specify the product/products you wish to return.
3.Please specify on your packaging slip and on your contact form, which product you are returning, and place your packaging slip inside the parcel.
4.Send the package to our returns address using a courier of your choice. Please note that you are required to cover the cost of shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Upon receipt of the merchandise and after checking the condition of the product, we will proceed to refund you within 10 working days.
We reserve the right to accept or reject the return of products that do not meet these requirements or which we believe are not acceptable for return.
Unless defective, the following product types may not under any circumstances be returned to THE BRAND STABLE: For hygiene reasons, due to their nature: bikinis and women’s swimsuits, underwear, socks, bib shorts and or any products that you or any other person has altered, repaired, incorporated or added to where such alteration, repair, incorporation or addition has not been authorized by THE BRAND STABLE.
However, should THE BRAND STABLE deliver the incorrect product(s) to you by mistake please do not remove the product from its original packaging, do not remove the labels or try the product on at all. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org (subject line: your order number – Incorrect Item) as soon as possible, we will resolve the error by arranging to collect the incorrect product(s) from you and to deliver the correct product(s) to you as quickly as possible.
We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects. What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will therefore not entitle you to a return under this section:
- Faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
- Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
- Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
- Damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product; and
- Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
If you have received a product which turns out to be defective, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect. Our standard warranty period is 6 months after delivery / collection of the product.
Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product (if such repair / replacement is possible) or refund you if that is your preference. If the repair / replacement takes longer than 21 days, we will get in touch with you to see if you would rather receive a refund.
EXCHANGE, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
When exchanging a size or style, replacement goods will be shipped with 1-3 business days of receipt and inspection of your return parcel. Replacement goods are dispatched via courier or can be collected from our BLOUBERG store.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days from receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Refunds are made via EFT and can only be processed once the client has supplied accurate banking details. Please note that The Brand Stable cannot validate client-banking details.
If you’re returning a sale product, the reduced price paid at the time of the transaction will be refunded back to you.
If you redeemed a voucher/coupon against your purchase, and wish to return a product from that purchase, the rand value paid for the product being returned will be credited to your account. The value of the voucher that was redeemed will not be credited to your account.
